Every Hilltop pool starts with a consultation, and the consultation happens at your house. A designer visits the property, sees the yard as it stands and listens to what you want it to do. Based on your vision and your budget, we help you design a backyard that fits your lifestyle.
A property survey stamped and certified by a licensed surveyor is required before a pool can be designed and permitted, so it helps to have yours ready when the designer arrives. If you do not have one, ask the office on (770) 471-3889 and we will tell you what the survey needs to show.

A concrete pool is built shell first. The shape is formed and reinforced, the concrete shell is placed, and the coping, tile and interior finish follow. Around it the crew builds the spa, the patio and whatever else is in the design: waterfalls, infinity edges, pool lighting, fire features, outdoor kitchens. The work is built to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Chapter 03
The walkthrough that hands the pool over
Every build ends with a final walkthrough. We demonstrate all of the features, show you how everything works and answer your questions while the crew is still standing in the yard. Nothing about the equipment is left for you to find out on your own.
New owners also get an orientation on looking after the pool: how to maintain it, which chemicals to use and which signs mean something is wrong. From the initial consultation to the final inspection, the work is backed by our warranty. Ask the office about the terms when you call.
