Residential, commercial and vinyl-liner pools, plus the renovation work in between

Hilltop Pools and Spas is strictly a construction company. Since 1976 the Jonesboro office has put its energy into one thing: building pools, and the patios, waterfalls and kitchens that sit around them.

Residential, from simple to grand

Residential concrete pools

Hilltop builds residential concrete swimming pools, spas, patios, waterfalls and outdoor kitchens, and can meet a brief that runs from simple to grand. The design follows the vision for the yard and the budget that goes with it, and a designer walks the property before any proposal is written.

A property survey stamped and certified by a licensed surveyor is the one thing needed up front. For the shape of a quote, read how a Hilltop proposal is built.

    Commercial concrete pools

Hilltop builds commercial concrete pools all over the Atlanta area, with a specialty in apartments, gyms, neighborhoods, condominiums, swim schools and competition pools. The office can also help with ideas and plan development so the design is consistent with local codes before anything is poured.

    Vinyl-liner pools

Concrete is the core of the company, but vinyl is also on the menu for owners who want the lowest initial cost of the inground types. A vinyl liner can follow any shape, depth or length, and its smooth, non-porous surface does not foster algae growth.

    Pool renovation

An older pool can be brought back by repairing cracks, upgrading equipment and replacing tile. It is the same construction crew and the same office on S Main Street, so the person who picks up the phone knows concrete.

Waterfalls, spas, patios and the rest of the yard

Swimming pool design is part of the same job. Hilltop designers work with infinity edges, waterfalls, pool lighting and spas, and with the patios, outdoor kitchens and fire features that make a pool deck usable after dark. Every feature is priced into the proposal, so the clear understanding of costs and scope arrives before the crew does.

Construction begins once the proposal and the design are approved. The job ends with a final walkthrough that demonstrates every feature, shows how the equipment works and answers whatever questions are left. If a loan is part of the plan, see pool financing through Lyon Financial and HFS Financial, with rates and terms subject to lender approval.

Consultations, surveys and financing

Every Hilltop price is written after a designer has seen the yard, because the access and the features decide the number. These answers cover how the first conversation works. For the builds themselves, browse our work.

No. Every Hilltop pool is quoted after a free, no-obligation consultation where a designer visits the property, because the yard, the access, the shape and the features decide the cost. The proposal that follows itemises the scope so there are no hidden-fee surprises.

A property survey stamped and certified by a licensed surveyor is required before a pool can be designed and permitted. If you have one, have it ready for the designer's visit.

Hilltop's core work is custom concrete pools, residential and commercial. Vinyl-liner pools are also offered for owners who want the lowest initial cost of the inground types, in any shape, depth or length.

Yes. Hilltop builds commercial concrete pools all over the Atlanta area for apartments, condominiums, gyms, neighborhoods, swim schools and competition pools, and helps with ideas and plan development so the design is consistent with local codes.

Hilltop works with two pool lenders, Lyon Financial and HFS Financial, both offering unsecured pool loans with no equity or appraisal required. Rates and terms are subject to lender approval.

Every build ends with a final walkthrough: the crew demonstrates each feature, shows how the equipment works and answers questions, and new owners get an orientation on maintenance, chemicals and the signs of a problem.

Call the Jonesboro office Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and a designer will set up the property visit.
